Comprehensive PFAS Services:

1) Training and Developing on PFAS software including:

Compound Discoverer (Thermo) workflows and our open source FluoroMatch software.  

Data-processing workflow includes: data-conversion, feature finding, alignment and gap filling, blank filtration, annotation, and normalization to PFAS internal standards. 

2) Collaborations on the development of new PFAS libraries for your specific applications. These libraries will be integrated into the annotation software either for public use or for your use only.
