SUNDAY (June 4) 

Lipidomics Workshop 8am-5pm 

This workshop will cover the entire lipidomics workflow from extraction to interpretation, and is a great in-depth overview led by Jeremy Koelmel (CEO, Innovative Omics), John Bowden (UF Professor), and Juan Henao (BPG Bio).

Talk by Jeremy Koelmel: Creating Deconvoluted Open-Source Files from Data-Independent Analysis Files using IonDecon

Michael Kummer and Nandarani Abril at Innovative Omics developed a new software, funded in part by Agilent technologies, to deconvolute all-ions and other DIA type data. The software is being released this week on the Innovative Omics website.
